We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive & HR Assistant to support daily operations across administrative and human resources functions. This role combines clerical support with HR coordination, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate documentation, and responsive employee service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination. Assist with calendar/travel arrangements, serve as the first point of contact, and help with light accounting work Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, employee record maintenance, and benefits administration. Coordinate internal communications and support HR initiatives and events. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communications. Track and report on HR metrics and assist with audits and reporting requirements. Qualifications:
Prior experience in administrative or HR support roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Work Type
Full time, onsite, M-F, Direct hire Salary: $60-70k/year Pay Details:
$60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
