Clark and Clark Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant who is highly detailed and organized, tech-savvy, self-motivated, and loves the idea of supporting a driven real estate team while contributing to its digital presence. This is not your average assistant role! As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to our team leader, managing emails, schedules, newsletters, social media, events, and managing projects across multiple businesses and streamlining systems and processes. This isn’t just an assistant role. I’m looking for someone who wants to grow into an Operations Manager - someone who will help me build systems, lead projects, and have a real impact on our success. If you want a seat at the table as the company scales, this is it. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 • Paid Time Off • Bonus Opportunities • Growth opportunities Responsibilities: • Track wholesale transactions, listings, and wholesale deals from lead to close • Coordinate with title companies, clients, agents, and vendors • Maintain and optimize CRM, pipeline, and task systems • Onboard new agents/team members and assist with recruiting tasks • Handle unexpected issues independently (e.g., property access or vendor delays) • Manage and grow the team’s presence across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating and posting engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels • Leverage & research automation tools and systems to streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, and enhance team efficiency •

Utilizing technology is a large part of the role

• Promote “coming soon” listings, open houses, and team achievements through compelling social media and marketing efforts • Design clean, eye-catching materials such as flyers, listing packages, event promotions, and yard signs using

Canva

or similar tools • Send out off-market opportunities through Mailchimp and update landing pages • Support email marketing efforts and newsletter distribution to engage clients • Maintain and optimize the CRM by keeping data clean, organized, and accurately tagged • Monitor lead flow daily and ensure timely, effective follow-up by distributing leads to the appropriate agents (using Zapier and other technology to implement automation) • Own the "behind-the-scenes" operations of lead management to support the team leader’s focus and improve overall productivity • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, increase speed to lead, and create a seamless backend experience for the team • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate daily activities for the team leader • Managing day-to-day office operations • Screen and direct phone calls; distribute correspondence Qualifications: • 2+ years of admin, marketing, or operations experience (real estate experience is a plus) •

Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Suite, Zapier, and social media platforms required

• Familiarity with CRMs like Bold Trail, RESimpli, or similar technology! Zapier, Mailchimp, AI, and the implementation of other tools for more automation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with small, fast-growing teams • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and adapt to shifting tasks • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to free their agents up to sell

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with video editing or content creation (Reels/TikToks) • Familiarity with real estate transactions, contracts, or wholesale deals • Experience working with small, fast-growing teams Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
