EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT // JOB POST
As an Associate Broker with milehimodern, I am seeking an Executive Assistant who is creative, proactive, highly professional and detail-oriented. We will work together closely to organize systems, optimize schedules, market my business and provide amazing service to clients! The role will be a blend of administrative duties with operations, marketing, creative writing, event planning and client support. Being a self-starter and having a high aptitude for working independently is crucial. Exemplary planning and time management skills are key.

Responsibilities Seller & Buyer Client Assistance
Attend and prepare follow up from initial client meetings
Review new listings in MLS and send ones that match buyer criteria
Assist with the preparation of client presentations
Assist in staging coordination and showing preparation for listings
Review deadlines and send reminders to necessary parties
Optimize CRM (Rechat & Google Sheets)
Coordinate inspections, appraisals and client repairs/estimate appointments
Market listings through postcards, on social media, and on website
Marketing
Social media marketing
Website management and blog posting
Prepare Annual Home Reviews + gifts for past clients
eFlyer and direct mail creation using Marq and Canva
Monthly client newsletter creation
Open House + Client Event planning
Marketing campaign tracking
Operations & Administration
Coordinate client gifts, marketing materials, holiday gifts/drop-offs and other office supplies
Organize & maintain a business operations manual, client database and client presentations
Qualifications
Real Estate License + Experience (Required)
Administrative Experience (Required) examples include Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or Marketing Coordinator
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Ability to relocate to Denver (Required)
Must have a car and be willing to travel to meetings and listings, as needed
Additional Qualifications Include:
Proven track record of meeting deadlines/ completing projects in an orderly manner
High emotional intelligence
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to team members and to prospective clients
Flexible daily routine; Ability to work evenings and weekends on occasion
Social Media knowledge + interest (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
Familiarity with REColorado & CTMecontracts is beneficial
