Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide seamless and comprehensive care. Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers essential therapy methods to encourage continued progress beyond the clinic. Observe and Document Progress: Monitor patient development and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring consistent progress towards their goals. Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Commitment to continued education and support for post-graduate certifications. Licensure
Active **Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)** license required. **NBCOT** (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must. Essential Skills
