General Dentist
to provide care at a vibrantcommunity health center's (FQHC)
Mobile Dental RV Unit
in
Fort Dodge, IA !
What is a community health center (FQHC)?
The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.
With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Role Details:
Practice in a mobile dental unit traveling to area schools, nursing homes, and other locations where patients have limited transportation or difficulty getting to dental appointments. New grads are encouraged to apply!
Clinic Hours:
Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm (open to flexibility); no evenings, weekends, call Sees on average

patients per day + hygiene checks Provider team includes:
1 dentist, 1 dental hygienist, and 2 dental assistants. Operatories:
2 EHR:
Epic Wisdom Duties:
hygiene checks, limiteds, treatment, extractions, root canals, dentures on a variety of patient populations, some who have not had dental care in years
Benefits:
Student Loan Repayment Programs:
Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs Competitive Salary : $180,000 - $230,000/year based on experience. Sign on Bonus:
$20,000 Licensing and Professional Subscriptions:
Reimbursement provided. Comprehensive Insurance:
Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available. Continuing Education:
$3,000/year and 5 days for CME Paid Time Off:
