to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in

Clarion, IA !

What is a community health center (FQHC)?

The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details

Clinic Hours:

Mon-Fri: 7am-5pm

Your schedule:

Mon-Fri: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm; no evenings, no weekends, no call

Sees on average

16

patients per day + hygiene checks

Provider team includes:

1 dentist, 1 dental hygienist, and 2 dental assistants.

Operatories:

4 dental, 2 hygiene

EHR:

Epic Wisdom

Duties Limited/emergency and comprehensive exams, restorative on both children and adults, root canals, removable and fixed prosthodontics - possibly using digital dentistry, extractions including surgical.

Benefits

Student Loan Repayment Programs:

Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs

Competitive Salary : $170,000 - $240,000/year based on experience.

Sign on Bonus:

$20,000

Contract Length:

3 years

Licensing and Professional Subscriptions:

Reimbursement provided.

Comprehensive Insurance:

Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available.

Continuing Education:

$3,000/year and 5 days for CME

Paid Time Off:

Requirements

DDS/DMD degree from an approved dental school

Preferred Preferred:

Bilingual in Spanish, although not required. There is a high Spanish speaking population.
