to provide care at a

brand new

community health center (FQHC) in

Spencer, IA ! What is a community health center (FQHC)? The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations. With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof. Responsibilities

Role Details: Practice in a brand new clinic in a community that is highly receptive and excited to receive care close to home. New grads are encouraged to apply! Clinic Hours:

Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm (open to flexibility); no evenings, weekends, or on-call Sees on average

patients per day + hygiene checks Provider team includes:

2 dentists (including this position), 1 dental hygienist, and 5 dental assistants. Operatories:

7 EHR:

Epic Wisdom Duties:

Hygiene checks, limiteds, treatment, extractions, root canals, dentures on a variety of patient populations, some who have not had dental care in years Benefits

Student Loan Repayment Programs:

Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs Competitive Salary : $180,000 - $230,000/year based on experience. Sign on Bonus:

3 years Licensing and Professional Subscriptions:

Requirements DDS/DMD degree from an approved dental school
