MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc, Atlanta, Georgia, United States, 30383
What if your daily contributions could empower individuals to take their first steps after surgery, regain independence following a stroke, or rediscover their voice after a health challenge? As a Physical Therapist, you will do more than facilitate healing; you will restore dignity, momentum, and hope in life's most fragile moments while immersing yourself in a vibrant environment that redefines the essence of work, life, and relaxation. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia-an exciting hub where professional satisfaction blends seamlessly with a lifestyle that inspires. Here, clinical excellence meets a community that is warm and encouraging. If you want to make a profound impact from the ground up, now is your moment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating tailored treatment plans that suit their unique needs. You'll administer physical therapy interventions that emphasize mobility, strength, balance, and functionality. As a collaborator with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists, you will optimize patient outcomes, working together to bring about the best results. As part of your commitment, you will also educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercises. Meticulous documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with established guidelines will be an integral part of your daily duties. Active participation in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences will ensure streamlined care for our patients. We are looking for candidates who have earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program. Licensing as a Physical Therapist is essential, and while CPR certification is preferred, specialized certifications-such as those in neurology or geriatrics-are advantageous but not required. To excel in this position, previous experience is strongly preferred. You should possess the ability to treat patients facing complex medical and mobility challenges, along with strong communication skills that foster teamwork. Comfort with digital charting and clinical documentation systems is also necessary. In return for your dedication, a competitive compensation package awaits you, alongside comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. We offer opportunities for continuing education and licensure reimbursement, generous paid time off, and the chance for flexible scheduling, all within a supportive team culture that encourages clinical advancement. Each day offers new experiences, and every interaction is significant. As a Physical Therapist, you will be a trusted supporter during the initial stages of recovery-be it helping someone regain balance after surgery or guiding a patient through the challenging journey of post-stroke rehabilitation. This is a hands-on role where clinical skill meets compassion. You will assess patient needs, implement targeted treatment strategies, and adapt care as they advance in their recovery journey. Your participation in discharge planning will ensure safe and effective transitions to home. The work requires precision, presence, and offers rewards that are immeasurable. Your immediate impact in patients' lives will be transformative, as your care can be life-altering. We are in search of a Physical Therapist who possesses not just skills but also emotional intelligence-the kind of person who knows that movement is therapeutic, that kindness holds great power, and that progress can arrive in various forms. Whether you are at the start of your journey or bring years of professional experience, if your values align with evidence-based care, collaboration, and meaningful human connection, we would love to connect with you. This opportunity spans beyond being just a career; it is a vocation where your expertise resonates with purpose, and your contributions create significant change. As a Physical Therapist in Atlanta, Georgia, you will be enveloped by passionate colleagues, a stimulating workplace culture, and an energetic city that will make each day count. We are excited to support your professional growth, allowing you to expand your skill set and rediscover the joy of engaging in work that genuinely matters. Come join a dedicated team-and immerse yourself in a place that promises to move you forward on every level.
