Job Duties Conduct evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and develop tailored treatment plans Implement physical therapy interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities Engage with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehab professionals to maximize patient outcomes Guide patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and at-home exercises Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Contribute to care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery Academic Requirements
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution Licensure and Certifications
Valid state licensure as a
Physical Therapist CPR certification is preferred Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are a plus but not mandatory Essential Skills
Prior experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred Adept in treating patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficient in utilizing digital charting and clinical documentation tools What We Offer
