Job Responsibilities Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the needs of patients and formulate personalized therapy strategies that help them achieve their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Use scientifically validated methods to advance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and integrative care. Educate Patients and Family Members: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to facilitate continued progress at home. Monitor and Record Progress: Evaluate clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track. Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and will be supported. Certifications

Active

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license is required. Certification from the

NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory. Qualifications
