Job Responsibilities Develop Customized Treatment Programs: Assess patients' needs and create tailored therapy plans that enable them to meet their personal rehabilitation goals Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday activities Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapy methodologies to bolster ongoing improvement at home Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and adjust treatment protocols as needed to keep patients on their rehabilitation journey Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Encouragement and support for continued education or post-graduate certifications Licensure

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required Key Skills
