Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional objectives Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide well-rounded, holistic care Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods to foster ongoing progress at home Track Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes and adapt treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring continuous patient advancement Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized academic institution Encouragement and support for continuous learning and post-graduate certifications Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Skills
