Your Role Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the unique needs of your patients and devise individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them realize their functional capabilities. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living tasks. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to ensure continual support and progress at home. Track Progress and Adapt Programs: Regularly document clinical outcomes and modify treatment interventions as needed, to keep patients on their path to recovery. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Ongoing education or post-clearing certifications welcomed and encouraged Certifications

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license required NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory What We Seek
