Job Description Construct Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the needs of patients and design individualized therapy interventions that empower them to achieve their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ proven methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living tasks Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, integrative care Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education on therapeutic techniques to help families support continuous progress at home Track and Document Progress: Assess clinical outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported Certifications

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Skills
