Job Description Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized therapy strategies aimed at accomplishing their functional objectives Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to support patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses for comprehensive, well-rounded care Educate Patients and Family Members: Instruct patients and their families on therapy modalities to ensure continual progress in their home environment Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical results and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Continuing education opportunities and post-graduate certifications supported Certifications
