Job Overview
Tri-State Construction, Inc. is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our residential project management team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, values communication, and thrives on managing multiple tasks and responsibilities. You will assist our construction management leadership with day-to-day operations, project coordination, and client relationships while ensuring high standards in quality, scheduling, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
Support construction manager with project oversight and subcontractor coordination Communicate with clients to maintain clear, professional updates Coordinate material purchasing, delivery logistics, and scheduling Maintain documentation related to project budgets, change orders, and timelines Conduct site visits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications Assist with daily project review, jobsite reporting, and management of deliverables Track milestones, proactively identify challenges, and contribute to solutions
Qualifications
10 years of experience in residential construction, field coordination, or project support preferred Working knowledge of construction phases, materials, and scheduling Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) Highly organized and punctual with strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license required; regular site travel is part of this role
