MILA has exceeded expectations in its initial two years, achieving remarkable success despite pandemic-related challenges and securing the #5 spot in The Restaurant Business Top 100 ranking. Building on this success, RDG has expanded into new concepts, including AVA MediterrAegean in Winter Park, Florida, CASA NEOS on the Miami River, Claudie (opened Feb 2025), and MM, a Membership Community. Upcoming projects include AVAs second location in Coconut Grove and Casa Neos Lounge (Fall 2025), Noora and HON? Japanese Steakhouse (Spring 2026).

Summary
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated IT Manager to oversee and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, ticketing systems, and Salesforce, and will thrive in a dynamic environment where they can operate independently and take ownership of the IT function.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Network Management
Manage and maintain Cisco Meraki networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points). Monitor network performance, implement upgrades, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Microsoft Environment Administration
Oversee the administration of Office 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Maintain and develop SharePoint Online sites for internal documentation and collaboration.
Systems Support & User Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests through a ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. Perform onboarding/offboarding processes including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access control.
Application & Platform Management
Manage user roles, permissions, and integrations within Salesforce. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce supports business processes effectively.
Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain IT security best practices, including data backup, antivirus, patching, and access control. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal policies.
Vendor & Asset Management
Manage relationships with third-party vendors for software licenses, hardware procurement, and IT services. Track and manage IT assets including hardware and software inventories.
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, preferred. 5+ years of experience in IT support and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. Strong experience with Cisco Meraki networking equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 admin tools and SharePoint Online. Working knowledge of Salesforce administration and integration. Familiarity with modern ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshservice, Jira). Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Desired Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to document processes clearly and thoroughly. Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Salesforce Administrator are a plus.
Physical Demands And Work Environment
