Receptionist
to manage our front desk and ensure a positive first impression for their visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications:
Ability to be in office 5x/ week
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Compensation:
$25 to $30 an hour Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
