A high-volume, full-service restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Food & Beverage General Manager
to lead both culinary operations and overall business performance. This dual-role position requires a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional food, outstanding guest service, and team development. The
EC/GM
will oversee all day-to-day FOH and BOH operations, events and catering services, and financial performance while building a culture of accountability and excellence. This role will require relocation to Northwest Indiana Food & Beverage General Manager

Responsibilities: Lead daily operations across all service areas: dine-in, outdoor, to-go, and catering Develop and execute seasonal, scratch-made menus with cost control targets Supervise and mentor department leaders across front and back of house Monitor key metrics such as food cost, labor, guest satisfaction, and sales Oversee all aspects of events, private dining, and banquet culinary execution Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Foster a results-oriented team culture focused on hospitality and efficiency Act as the primary leader and representative of the restaurant to guests and staff Food & Beverage General Manager Requirements
: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred Culinary certification or AAS strongly preferred Serve-Safe Manager Certification required Minimum 5 years combined experience in Executive Chef and General Manager restaurant leadership roles Expertise in high-volume kitchen operations (4M+) and advanced culinary techniques Strong leadership and training background across FOH and BOH teams Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling platforms, and inventory tools
