Director of Food and Beverage
to oversee comprehensive culinary operations near
Indianapolis, IN . Renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality excellence, this organization operates a full-service restaurant, bar, and catering operations. You will direct all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets in this leadership role. You will manage a diverse team of culinary professionals and service staff while driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and exceptional guest experiences.
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 (commensurate with experience) + performance bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, vision, dental, 401k, and more!
Director of Food and Beverage Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations within private clubs, luxury resorts, or multi-outlet properties. A college degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma is required. Proven track record in budget development, cost control, forecasting, and strategic planning within F&B departments. Strong hands-on management experience across dining outlets, banquets, and private events. Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities: Develop and manage annual Food & Beverage operating plans and budgets in alignment with company objectives, ensuring financial goals through effective cost controls and revenue strategies. Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, snack bar, patio service, beverage carts, and banquet facilities. Lead, train, and schedule cohesive front- and back-of-house teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences while optimizing operational efficiency. Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships while ensuring product quality, presentation, and service consistency.
