Description Assess and analyze patient needs in an inpatient or outpatient context and craft personalized treatment strategies Deliver effective physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, and overall functionality Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to ensure top-notch patient outcomes Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic aims, discharge processes, and at-home exercise regimens Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress, adhering to both facility and regulatory standards Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient care rounds to promote coordinated patient care Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution Certifications

Valid state licensure as a

Physical Therapist CPR certification is a preferred but not mandatory requirement Specialty certifications such as geriatric or neurological therapy are advantageous but not obligatory Skills

Prior experience in physical therapy is highly desired Aptitude for managing patients with complex health and mobility challenges Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities Familiarity with digital charting and clinical documentation systems is essential Benefits
