Salary Full time Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator supports the Communications team at Downtown Bentonville Inc. by creating eye-catching graphics, signage, and digital content that reflect our brand and bring our events to life. This role focuses heavily on graphic design and visual storytellingfrom social media posts to event banners, wayfinding signage, and more. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, knows how to stay on-brand, and feels comfortable updating website content (and social media content) to keep our online presence fresh and accurate. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Downtown Bentonville location. We are not considering agencies or independent marketing contractors for this role. What you will do at DBI: ? Collaborate with the Communications Director and Community Engagement Manager to implement a cohesive communications strategy spanning digital, traditional, and community outreach channels. ? Design digital and print assets that support communications efforts and enhance event visibility. ? Develop and execute social media content that aligns with DBIs events, initiatives, and partnerships. ? Lead content creation across all channelsincluding social media, website, signage, and printensuring materials are clear, engaging, and on-brand. ? Capture and curate high-quality photography at key events to support storytelling, social media, and sponsor recognition. ? Ensure sponsor visibility through visual assets and event-based content. ? Coordinate with event teams to fulfill and communicate sponsor deliverables effectively. What were looking for: ? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a keen understanding of branding and voice consistency. ? Knowledge of platforms like Canva, Sprout Social, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Slack, Monday.com and more. ? Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to self start projects, meet deadlines and manage complex projects. ?
