The Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help drive operational efficiency across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-expectation, fast-moving environment and enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.
You’ll play a critical role in managing the CEO’s day-to-day priorities while serving as a liaison across departments and key external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling email communications
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for internal and external meetings
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and leadership team, staff, clients, and vendors
Track project timelines, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion
Draft high-quality internal communications, reports, and confidential documents
Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Support cross-functional workflows and contribute to process optimization
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and judgment
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
Experience in a creative, design, or real estate environment is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
