A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a skilled

Litigation Secretary

to join their growing Los Angeles Office. The ideal Litigation Secretary candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing complex litigation workflows in a fast-paced legal environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents Electronic filing with state and federal courts Assist with trial preparations Submit new client/matter forms Assist with billing, including e-billing systems and final statements Communicate with clients and schedule meetings/conferences Manage calendars, deadlines, and docketing Support attorneys with strong document and project management skills Required Experience

5+ years of recent California civil litigation experience Proficient in State and Federal e-filing Experience in Labor & Employment Defense and/or Subrogation preferred but not required Familiar with litigation procedures and calendaring

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Targeting a range of $90k - $100k annually.
