We are seeking a Print Marketing Project Manager to join the Marketing Department's Category team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a high-pressure, project management environment. This role involves coordinating with graphic designers, print production staff, and subject matter experts to produce consistent brand marketing efforts in a fast-paced setting. This is a project coordination role—not a creative, content production, IT, or social media position. Location

Based on experience. Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end support of marketing campaigns for specific auctions and categories. Track deadlines, approvals, and deliverables using project management tools. Oversee print marketing production processes, including job creation, scheduling, asset acquisition, and vendor communication. Collaborate with internal clients and subject matter experts across categories. Provide content and images to the graphic design team. Develop media plans, negotiate advertising rates, and manage insertion orders. Coordinate with Digital, Operations, Events, and Photography teams to ensure timely delivery within budget. Work with the digital team to schedule and execute digital marketing efforts. Engage with subject matter experts to uncover stories behind auction items. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Lead weekly marketing meetings with category stakeholders. Report to the Director of Marketing. Requirements
2+ years in print marketing, project management, or coordination. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities. Experience in the auction industry, collectibles, fine art, or luxury goods is a plus. Support experience for sales or client service teams is a plus. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Robohead, Asana). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ideal Candidate Traits
