We are looking for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist - DC&N CTO to join CTO IP&S team working in Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA or Seattle, WA. A successful candidate will develop and manage project schedules. Support Project Managers by providing schedule analysis based on project status, developing mitigation plans as required. And generate "what if" scenarios for Project Manager as requested. Position Responsibilities: Leads a team of schedulers based on program priorities Oversees integration of multiple schedules and manages key handoffs Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels Required Skills: This position requires an active U.S. Secret (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Ability to obtain Special Program Access Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations & time-zones Experience working with program managers to develop & manager project schedule baselines Experienced in managing complex integrated schedules, earned value management system (EVMS), using scheduling tools (ex.
