This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative support skills who excels at streamlining workflows, managing business operations, and providing exceptional client service. In this role, you will work side-by-side with the owner to oversee daily operations, develop efficient systems, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. From coordinating property listings and marketing campaigns to managing budgets, CRM data, and client communications, you will serve as the central hub that keeps the real estate team operating at peak performance. Salary Range:
