Job Summary

The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, customer service driven

Executive Assistant

to support our executive leadership team. This is a critical role requiring excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office and acting as a key liaison between leadership, staff, and stakeholders. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Land-Grant Engagement/Dean, Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment and will manage all aspects of the daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Administration: managing appointments, preparing correspondence, arranging travel plans, and compiling documents for meetings Office Management: Manage the main office to ensure smooth daily operation Special Events: Plan events logistics Business Support: Supervise all office purchasing and travel functions.
