It offers a strong platform for professionals looking to grow within a quality-focused, data-driven organization.Job DescriptionThe Quality Engineer (Automotive) will:Support root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for internal and external quality issues.Promote a strong quality culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific quality requirements.Act as the primary quality liaison with customers and suppliers, addressing concerns and driving resolution.Prepare and coordinate PPAP submissions for customers and suppliers.Design, implement, and maintain SPC systems and quality metrics; analyze data using tools like Minitab.Conduct Measurement Systems Analysis (e.g., Gage R&R, bias studies) to validate inspection processes.Maintain and manage the Nonconforming Material Report (NCMR) system.Assist in the development of product and process specifications with engineering teams.Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required.Lead or support Continuous Improvement initiatives across production and quality functions.Recommend, procure, and provide training on inspection and test equipment as needed.
