Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of receptionist, customer service and administrative support experience Professional, positive personality and excellent phone skills Data Entry skills Proficient in MS Office Organized Team player, willing to help as needed
Schedule: 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday (they usually leave early on Friday)
Job Description: Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate team member Greet walk in guests and notify team members of arrival Providing a high level of customer service Data entry of payroll into Excel spreadsheets and verifying timecards Other administrative duties as needed
