Investment
Accounting Supervisor
to lead a high-performing team responsible for core financial operations and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple critical areas, including consolidations, investment accounting, deposits reporting, and share-based compensation, while supporting broader organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP, a passion for process improvement, and proven leadership in dynamic financial environments. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily accounting operations and month-end close activities, including journal entry review and general ledger oversight Prepare and review financial statement variance analyses and supporting documentation Lead internal and external reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff; promote a high-performance culture Drive process improvements and implement new procedures across key accounting areas Review reconciliations and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant Collaborate with auditors and regulatory stakeholders during reviews and examinations Stay current on new accounting standards and regulatory requirements; assess impacts and lead implementation Assist in maintaining SOX narratives, desktop procedures, and internal documentation Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role CPA preferred Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance Experience with investment accounting, consolidation, and complex financial analysis Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle) a plus Seniority level
