Title: Senior Accountant
Location/City : NJ - Princeton area
Hybrid - 3 days in office
Salary to $100K plus bonus

Primary Responsibilities: Create and prepare monthly financial reporting package Maintain details of subsidiary schedules and reconcile same to G/L monthly Prepare monthly bank reconciliations Perform monthly sub-ledger reconciliation (i.e. AR, AP, Inventory, FA, etc) Compilation of annual budget and monthly forecast package and commentary, including variance analysis Maintaining proper accruals and prepaid balances Participate in process improvement initiatives in an effort to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the department Document internal controls, policies and procedures Prepare required supporting schedules and documentation for external and internal auditors in their review Assist business unit in understanding financials provided Additional ad-hoc, special projects as needed Requirements: Bachelors or advanced Degree in Accounting 3 to 7 years of general accounting experience High proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with large ERP accounting systems. Strong ability to multi task and the ability to act as a liaison for the accounting department while partnering with various teams within the organization Ability to work some extended hours during peak accounting periods
