Senior Accountant , based out of our Princeton, NJ headquarters. The Senior Accountant plays a key role within the Finance and Accounting Department, requiring strong accounting experience and analytical skills. This position manages two US-based entities and collaborates closely with our Shared Services, Segment Technical Accounting, and FP&A teams. Responsibilities include general accounting functions such as booking journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, maintaining banking relationships, assisting in month-end close, and financial statement preparation. The role involves monitoring business metrics, liaising with auditors, and working with various stakeholders to ensure transparency. Success in this role requires problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Assist in timely month-end closing processes Prepare and post closing/adjusting journal entries Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts, adjusting entries as needed Develop and recommend improvements to accounting procedures Contribute to financial statement disclosures in OneStream Provide analysis on accounts, variances, and financial metrics Prepare cash forecasts and assist with VAT and sales tax filings Support SOX controls and internal audits Ensure expense coding accuracy in NetSuite Manage chart of accounts and liaise with auditors Collaborate with Shared Services on banking, AR, AP, vendor, and customer data Support OTC, billing, collection, and AP processes Assist with project reviews, unbilled revenue analysis, and unclaimed property reporting Participate in process improvements and global projects Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: At least 7 years of accounting and general ledger experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment Knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with NetSuite, OneStream, Blackline, and Microsoft Office Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley is a plus Proven ability to work across functions and cultures Results-oriented, innovative, and ethically grounded Our Values: Visionary leadership and execution Hands-on approach Customer focus High ethical standards and trust Respect and valuing people This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $90k-$100k plus bonus.
