About the Role

At Vaulted, we have an aggressive plan to rapidly grow our team and subsequent climate impact. As the Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for executing purchase requisitions, purchasing documentation, strategic sourcing and supplier performance in compliance with company requirements that strategically align with business objectives and growth plans. Responsibilities include:

Support the operations team by generating purchase orders and procurement tasks, creating tracking deliveries, and communicating with vendors Manage order tracking, confirmation, and follow-up to ensure business needs are met Support logistics and shipping activities, coordinate with suppliers to track deliveries, and assist with scheduling shipments. Monitor inventory levels, helping to maintain accurate inventory records, stock counts, and report discrepancies to supervisors Lead or participate in supply chain improvement projects, including searching for new suppliers and cost-saving strategies Generate reports of supply chain activities to support forecasting, inventory control, and order fulfillment Support the Operations by providing timely analysis, reports, and insights related to purchase orders, vendor spend, and procurement activities Serve as a key point of contact for supply chain data inquiries, helping to interpret and troubleshoot questions regarding purchasing trends, order statuses, and cost variances Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and compliance standards in all supply chain activities What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, and to help the company to succeed in our mission, the Supply Chain Specialist must possess extensive experience in supply chain management, a solid understanding of sourcing equipment and parts, and demonstrated ability to communicate cross-functionally between teams. They must also thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a growing team of ever-changing needs. In addition, we seek a candidate with:

Minimum high school diploma/GED, Associate Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related preferred 2-4 years of supply chain experience 1+ year(s) of experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, etc.), Microsoft Excel, and/or inventory management systems Ability to be flexible and responsive to internal customers' requirements Experience in buying activities across various commodities, including mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, agitators, heavy equipment, and services. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work independently Attention to detail Passion for and commitment to sustainability and the work of climate change mitigation. Knowledge of carbon removal is helpful, but not necessary
