Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance. Track project progress, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work quality and safety compliance. Support procurement and logistics of materials and equipment. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in construction or engineering (internships included). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
