Preparing documents, reports, and/or transcribing notes for managers. Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements for managers or other partners in the area. Tracking or monitoring expenses for the department, as needed. Maintaining the filing system for the manager or other partners in the area. Specific qualifications for the position include:
Must have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. 1-3 years of experience in an office environment required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Pay Rate Range:
$21.58 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
