Yavapai County . The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to District 3 Supervisor Nikki Check. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a proactive approach, and a collaborative mindset. This position requires interaction with staff at all levels of the County and involves working closely with community partners to further the Supervisor's mission. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Manage appointment calendars, compose correspondence, and coordinate public information activities. Assist constituents, handle inquiries, and communicate citizen complaints through proper channels. Support research, budget preparation, and related tasks. Coordinate community meetings, public ceremonies, outreach events, and represent the Supervisor at meetings/events. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. At least five (5) years of progressively responsible office experience. Additional Requirements
