Order Clerk
for our client in
Windsor, CT.

Responsibilities:
Under general supervision:
Support the processing of new and existing business for teams within a fast-paced phone-based Retirement Organization. Partner closely with registered representatives and assistants, business IT and various client business units to ensure the timely and accurate processing of business and potential opportunities. Functions include but not limited to: Coordinate, fulfill and distribute literatures request of documents and marketing material to the clients, ensures that all product kit request orders are shipped and completed and on time, inventory of marketing material balances is accurate, and that the system is operating at peak performance. Maintains records of completed requests and related data using well-defined procedures. Minimizes cost and maximizes customer satisfaction. Verifies that database picklist contains complete / accurate instructions. Processes orders for specific items listed by following the information contained on the picklist. Utilizes database system for inquiries of materials. Ensures correct items and quantities are picked and records all required information on the system. Verifies correct and proper content / condition of materials processed. Assures that supply request orders are processed / completed and delivered / placed in correct locations in a timely manner. Notifies appropriate parties of any discrepancies / problems encountered in the fulfillment and processing of supply request orders. Conducts physical counts of materials when necessary. Keeps warehouse area in a clean and orderly fashion.
Pay Rate:
$13.45 - $19.65 / Hour
