THE GIST:
Our client, a tech startup in the AI space, seeks an nimble Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their SF team. This position will be responsible for providing top-tier executive administrative support, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations for the office. The ideal candidate has executive support & office management experience at a tech startup and/or VC firm and will bring their scrappiness & ingenuity to the role.

THE NITTY GRITTY: Provide daily administrative support to multiple executives Oversee office operations for hybrid office - work with vendors, greet clients, order supplies, distribute mail, etc. Manage multiple complex calendars Coordinate corporate travel Arrange both virtual and onsite meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items Plan special events and firm offsites Track & process expenses Work with external vendors, clients, and investors with the utmost professionalism Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects, as needed THE ESSENTIALS:
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant Experience working at a tech startup and/or venture capital firm required Previous experience as an office coordinator and/or office manager a plus! Expert prioritization abilities and attention to detail Propensity to pitch in where you are needed Ability represent the firm with professionalism & discretion Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset Stellar written and verbal communication skills Fantastic organizational skills and great follow through Ability to effectively problem solve LOCATION:
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - typically 3 days onsite based on needs)

COMPENSATION:
