EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Executive Assistant to the President Job Summary Michigan Broadband Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedExecutive Assistantto provide comprehensive support to our President. This position is in our Carney, MI office.The ideal candidate will assist with managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the Presidents time is optimized for efficiency. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We will offer a competitive salary and full benefits package to the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage the Presidents calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents. Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive. Organize and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all details are in place. Attend requested meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Project Management & Strategic Support Assist in special projects, initiatives, and research as required. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of tasks. Support executive decision-making by gathering and analyzing data. Being proactive and thinking quickly to solve problems Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. Skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. High level of professionalism and discretion.
