Business Development Representative

to join our team in our Miami office. Job Title : Business Development Executive Job Summary : The Business Development Executive for MDU Communities is a self-motivated, results-oriented professional dedicated to driving sales growth within the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) market. This role requires a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets by identifying and closing high-value opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled in building strong client relationships, and has a proven ability to deliver results in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities : Sales Execution and Revenue Growth:

Meet and exceed individual sales quotas by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the MDU sector. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize revenue potential in assigned territories. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce) to track progress and ensure timely follow-ups. Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to expand revenue opportunities with existing clients. Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with property developers, property managers, and other key decision-makers in the MDU market. Present FTTP (Fiber-to-the-Premises) solutions with a clear focus on client needs and ROI. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Market Penetration and Prospecting:

Identify high-value markets and prioritize sales efforts in underserved or growth areas. Conduct thorough market research to understand competitive dynamics and refine sales approaches accordingly. Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand market presence. Metrics-Driven Performance:

Consistently track and report sales performance against established KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed. Collaborate with sales leadership to refine tactics and align efforts with company objectives. Proactively identify barriers to deal closures and work with sales leadership to overcome challenges. Qualifications : Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. 5-7 years of direct sales experience in the telecommunications or MDU sectors (Fiber). Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments. Strong ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales analytics. Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills. Additional Qualifications:
