This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office setting, has excellent communication skills, and is ready to make a direct impact by supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and department teams Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, memos, and other documents Answer phones, screen calls, and respond to internal/external inquiries Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical Support project coordination, tracking timelines, and meeting deadlines Order office supplies and manage inventory Assist in onboarding of new employees and coordinating internal communications Requirements: 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion Previous experience in a professional office setting (legal, financial, medical, or corporate) preferred Robert Half works to put you in the best position to succeed.
