The
Commercial Relationship Manager
collaborates with the commercial lending team and senior management to develop and execute business strategies. Primary Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients. Lead acquisition and documentation of loans and deposits. Coordinate credit applications and administration. Structure and price loan, deposit, and treasury management transactions. Present credit requests for approval. Manage client relationships across loans, deposits, and other products. Refer clients to specialized departments for additional services. Respond to referrals and participate in new business development. Interview applicants, analyze requests, and structure loans within authority. Close loans and deposit relationships, ensure documentation, and monitor compliance. Work with credit to assign risk grades and manage past due loans. Handle customer service inquiries and support team training. Participate in community activities and promote bank products. Adhere to industry laws, regulations, and bank policies, including Fair and Responsible Banking practices. Education / Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics; Masters Degree or MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of relationship management experience, especially in commercial or agricultural lending. Formal credit training (e.g., RMA, Omega CLB). Experience in structuring and pricing financial relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Strong sales and leadership skills; flexible working hours required.
