$73,686.34 to $110,529.64

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

We're looking for a hands-on HVAC Engineer to help design, implement, and optimize heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a wide range of facilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading cross-functional teams, and taking projects from concept through to completion. If you're passionate about energy efficiency, systems performance, and practical solutions, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HVAC projects for new builds, renovations, and system upgrades Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Review designs, equipment selections, and system integration Conduct site visits to oversee installation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality Support commissioning, validate system performance, and manage test-and-balance reviews Stay up to date on HVAC technologies, code requirements, and sustainability practices Provide support and guidance on HVAC-related issues across the organization Qualifications:

Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred 4-6 years of relevant HVAC or project management experience preferred Strong understanding of HVAC systems, design principles, and building automation Ability to lead projects, coordinate teams, and work independently Proficient in project planning tools and technical software

Schedule & Travel: Typical work week is Monday through Friday, averaging around 45 hours. Occasional travel is required for site visits and project support.
