in a growing CPG organization Sales Accounting Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting
(CPA preferred) 5+ years experience
in accounting/finance with strong revenue cycle orientation 3+ years leadership experience
managing financial personnel Proficiency in
Outlook, Word, Excel ; exposure to
PeopleSoft, Blacksmith, or Power BI
is a plus Strong grasp of
GAAP, financial reporting, and revenue recognition
principles Sales Accounting Manager Must Haves
Proven ability to manage
deductions, rebates, and promotional expense accruals Strong
leadership skills
with a track record of accountability and team development Excellent
communication and collaboration abilities
across functions and with executives Ability to work
independently under tight deadlines
in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with
exceptional organizational and analytical skills Sales Accounting Manager Background & Skills
Hands-on experience in
Gross-to-Net reporting, deductions management, and promotional accounting Skilled at
month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and profitability reporting Experienced in
customer profitability analysis
and supporting pricing decisions Comfortable with
systems, reporting tools, and data analysis
(Excel, BI tools, ERP) Documented history of
process improvements and operational enhancements
