Sales Accounting Manager Benefits & Compensation
  • Opportunity to lead sales-related accounting operations impacting customer profitability and consolidated financials

Sales Accounting Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in accounting/finance with strong revenue cycle orientation
  • 3+ years leadership experience managing financial personnel
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel ; exposure to PeopleSoft, Blacksmith, or Power BI is a plus
  • Strong grasp of GAAP, financial reporting, and revenue recognition principles
Sales Accounting Manager Must Haves
  • Proven ability to manage deductions, rebates, and promotional expense accruals
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of accountability and team development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across functions and with executives
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Sales Accounting Manager Background & Skills
  • Hands-on experience in Gross-to-Net reporting, deductions management, and promotional accounting
  • Skilled at month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and profitability reporting
  • Experienced in customer profitability analysis and supporting pricing decisions
  • Comfortable with systems, reporting tools, and data analysis (Excel, BI tools, ERP)
  • Documented history of process improvements and operational enhancements
