Senior Project Manager
to lead high-impact transmission-related infrastructure projects within a major power utility setting. This role requires a seasoned project management professional with strong financial oversight, permitting and real estate acumen, and a deep understanding of transmission systems—not telecom or IT. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute project plans involving transmission structure replacements, reconductoring, and underground (UG) transmission work. Manage projects through all phases, from initiation through completion, ensuring budget adherence, timeline alignment, and quality control. Coordinate across teams to resolve environmental, permitting, and real estate issues that may affect project progress. Communicate proactively with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency. Lead and facilitate project meetings, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration. Monitor project budgets using tools such as AssetSuite and advanced Excel models. Ensure all project documentation is up to date and project governance is maintained. Support organizational project management standards and help evolve best practices. Qualifications 5–10 years of experience managing infrastructure projects, ideally in the power utility industry. PMP certification required. Strong financial acumen and familiarity with budget management tools. Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of AssetSuite. Proven experience handling real estate and permitting issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Why Join Us?
