Position Summary:
We are seeking a receptionist to join our multifamily property management team. Soon we will transition into our new office space located in the Vegas/Summerlin area. Within our office space the receptionist is the first staff member that current, new or prospective clients meet. This is the only opportunity to make a positive first impression.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is an overview of duties, included but not limited to, for this position: Answer telephone with a warm pleasant greeting within three rings Greet guests with a warm, welcoming greeting Disseminate messages, faxes, mail in a timely manner Faxes must be dated, titled and filed in on a computer under proper person Assist managers with requested tasks. Sort and distribute incoming mail Assist with outgoing mail Meeting and greeting prospective clients Booking meetings Arranging couriers Keeping the reception area tidy Answering and forwarding phone calls Screening phone calls Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages Assist in office supply inventory/ordering Respond to public inquiries Help with special projects when assigned and needed Provide word-processing and secretarial support Assist with other tasks as needed or requested by Supervisor or Management Position Requirements:
