to join their remote team. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital communications. Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including familiarity with AP style, and the ability to craft compelling stories across written, visual, and video formats. Solid experience with email marketing platforms (preferably HubSpot), social media management, and digital media tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and project management tools (e.g., Asana), with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Willingness and ability to travel as needed for live events, providing real-time content support, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities as the Marketing Coordinator will include:

Write, edit, and publish articles, blog posts, press releases, and email campaigns to engage diverse audiences across multiple channels. Develop and support social media content and campaigns, including graphics, digital assets, and community engagement. Assist with multimedia content creation, including video editing, transforming complex information into accessible formats, and user-generated content initiatives. Conduct interviews and collaborate with stakeholders to produce compelling content that highlights programs, events, and patient stories. Manage content calendars, track performance metrics, maintain content repositories, and support live events and on-site content needs, including occasional travel.
