Description Conduct assessments in either an inpatient or outpatient context and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient. Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to improve patient outcomes. Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge preparations, and home exercise programs. Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards. Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to provide coordinated patient care. Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution. Certifications

State licensure as a

Physical Therapist . CPR certification is preferred. Specialty certifications (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are appreciated but not mandatory. Skills

Prior experience is strongly preferred. Capable of managing patients with complicated medical and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with digital documentation and clinical charting systems. Benefits
